This class is helping me tremendously in my Intermediate accounting classes when journals must be completed without accounting software. It makes an amazing sidekick for accounting students with no background in the field as well.

I decided to learn bookkeeping to add to one of my listed services and this app has made it extremely easy to understand. This is like Accounting & bookkeeping for dummies. I appreciate this so much as I was about to give up on learning this profession. I’m a beginner and feel more confident!

This is some good honest work for educational content. No crazy ads popping up, well organized, with easy to understand examples. A pinch of good humor too.

Addictive Accounting as a Teacher's Aid

The Addictive Accounting app is becoming the "go to" teacher's aid because every teacher knows that practice makes perfect and the Addictive Accounting interactive textbook provides plenty of practice!

Since it covers the fundamentals of bookkeeping and accounting, it can be easily combined with current class material. For example, rather than just talk about how debits and credits work, students can practice using the terms to record simplified financial transactions in the Addictive Accounting simulator. Practice can be done real-time in the classroom as a group discussion, or as homework assignments. Every student generally has a phone with them on a daily basis, so accessing the app is incredibly simple.

If you need help using the Addictive Accounting app in your classroom, please
contact us. Remember, the first half of the course is currently free and covers the basics of bookkeeping, so trying it out in your classroom will not require you or your students to purchase anything as no credit card or payment is needed to install the app. See the course description above for details regarding the free bookkeeping lessons.

For educational institutions who
participate in the Apple Education Management Program, please contact us with your organization ID so that we can register you. Purchasing the full app unlocks all the sections in the textbook.
